Ellypto ("we", "us", "our") is an online platform providing free AI-powered image and video editing tools at ellypto.com. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

We collect minimal information to operate our service:

• Usage data: Pages visited, tools used, time spent (via analytics — anonymized)
• Technical data: Browser type, device type, operating system, IP address (anonymized)
• Cookies: Session cookies for functionality, analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy)
• Contact data: Email address only if you contact us directly

We do NOT collect: Your images, files, or any content you process through our tools. All image processing happens entirely in your browser.

3. How Your Images Are Processed

All image processing on Ellypto runs client-side using WebAssembly and JavaScript in your browser:

• Your images are loaded into browser memory only
• AI models run locally on your device — no server communication
• Processed results are generated in your browser and downloaded directly
• No image data is transmitted to Ellypto servers at any point
• Closing the browser tab permanently removes all processed data

4. Analytics & Cookies

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how our tools are used. This collects anonymized, aggregated data only — no personal identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Vercel — Hosting and performance analytics (anonymized)
• Google Fonts — Font delivery (standard Google privacy policy applies)
• Unsplash — Sample images (no personal data shared)

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request data portability
• Opt out of analytics tracking (use browser Do Not Track)

7. Data Retention

Since we do not store your images or files, there is no image data to retain or delete. Analytics data is retained for 90 days in anonymized, aggregated form.

8. Children's Privacy

Ellypto is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
